It's been another incredible year at Skye Fitness. I would like to personally thank you for your continued support. We really are blessed with the best members!
Ok, so we all know it is a very special time of year for many reasons.
Over the years, Christmas for me has been family time which includes reflection on the past but more importantly planning and goal setting for the next 12 months.
I hope this helps you as I know it has made a real impact to me..
Jules and I have created a tradition that we love to sit down with a glass of prosecco or two and plan our new year!! Our reason is to maximise the time, as it passes so fast! With Max and Tom growing so fast we really want to create as many memories as possible. This is light hearted fun but on the other hand, we have achieved so much more by adding this tradition.
We focus on a range of areas of our life and set goals for each.. Yes over the last 12 months we have jumped out of an aeroplane at 10,000 feet, ran hell and back endurance event, been to New York, California, Majorca and Paris, created the Mummy Makeover online coaching program and developed a website and members site plus develop Skye Fitness!
Areas that we prioritise are below.. Please make sure to write your own goals down!
-Family (holidays, special moments, memories)
-Love (quality time, gratitude, date nights)
-Physical Health (fitness, challenges, fun, adventure)
-Mindset (meditation, quiet time)
-Business (the direction of our business, creating impact, changing lives, financial)
This is so much fun when you get going with it but this will also increase your productivity and has really helped us both in so many ways!
