I have spent this morning putting together this year’s “Burn the Bird” workout, to be held on Saturday 28th December, it got me thinking about how fast the last 12 months have passed.
It seems like no time since we planned our inaugural ‘BtB’ event last Christmas, which proved a huge success… I would encourage those of you who missed last year’s event to get booked in for this year.
2013 has been an amazing year for our gym… We have continued to develop new systems to enhance our already successful fat loss programming and have also introduced new large group workouts such as Met 25. The Skye Team has developed to a point now were all our staff are now fully qualified fitness professionals and as a team we are making huge strides to constantly improve and be our best both individually and collectively.
We owe a huge thank you to our very dedicated members for their continued support and I personally would like to take this opportunity to congratulate them on another 12 months of great training at Skye Fitness.
On the agenda for December we have a 5-Day Christmas Prep Boot-camp running from the 9th December – 13th December… Getting you in great shape for the Christmas festivities!!
We also have put together a 12 Days of Christmas Workout, which is available for everyone to have a go at from Thursday 12th December!!
To finish off the year in style I would like to invite you all to our Members night out at Sally McNally’s on Saturday 21st December from 8pm… Always a great night out!!
