Easter Metabolic Fat Loss Camp

​Wow!!! What an unbelievable 4 days...  So proud of all who pushed themselves to the limit and lived to tell the tale!  Friday 29th of March marked day 1 of our 4 day fat loss camp, "metabolic" over the Easter holidays.  Metabolic is a class designed to maximise fat loss in minimum time...and it does exactly what it says on the tin!!  Our members were challenged to their limit and boy did they respond.  By day 4 the body's were starting to fatigue but the focus and the drive stayed as we pushed them to perform to their best!  As part of the camp we provided a nutrition plan for the 4 days and also gave participants the opportunity to sample our New Signature Post Workout Recovery shakes (fitness cocktails)!  All in all it was an immense 4 days, all who took part had a blast, at the same time gaining fantastic results and taking another huge step along the way to achieving their individual fitness goals!

Fitness is all about results and metabolic certainly gets results!!
