Boot Camp

It’s the end of summer!!  It’s September time that most people get back into a routine. Kids back to school, everyone back to work and the poor weather over the last few months is forgotten.  At Skye Fitness we resume our 6 week Boot camp course, getting people into great shape and having a blast at the same time!  Our new group starts on Monday 10th September at 7.45pm. 

We have been running our Boot camp for 3 years now and it is still as popular as ever!  The dynamic, motivational 60 minute class is a can’t miss program – a combination of aerobic exercise and resistance training.  This program is customised to meet the needs of attendees.  Regardless of your fitness level, emphasis is placed on exercising safely, having fun and completing the challenge.  We base our Boot camp workouts on our personal training program template ensuring a fun, motivating and results based workout!

Previous client results have seen attendees lose up to 17lbs, not to mention the inch loss.  All this is monitored and results are measured at end of the 6 weeks.  We will educate you with regards to good nutritional habits and encourage you to achieve your potential. 

It takes discipline to be successful.  Boot camp provides a game plan for success in your physical fitness, health and overall wellbeing as well as meeting some great people and feeding off each other’s energy!  I have seen some incredible changes in shape but more importantly in my opinion the positive effects it has on each clients self-confidence and self-esteem.
