‚ÄčIt's hard to be 100% positive all of the time so when that little voice starts creeping in filling your head full of negative thoughts....STOP!!!!

Maybe you have been thinking that you have slipped sideways a bit from your food plan or maybe you're not feeling as big a change in your clothes as you would have liked by this stage.  You need to STOP IT STRAIGHT AWAY with the negativity as this will prevent you from moving forwards.

So if this is happening with you at the moment then I want you to TAKE ACTION! Write down something that you feel you can commit to over the next 7 days.  Put it on your screensaver, set a reminder, write it in your journal.....whatever way you feel is good for you and COMMIT to it.  It could be something as simple as you are going to commit to drinking 2 litres of water a day for the next week or maybe you will commit to reducing sugar over the next 7 days.  Whatever it is write it down and stick to it!
